# Dairy Hub > Dairy Hub is a free, installable web app that helps a milk delivery business > keep its day-to-day records and turn them into reports: milkmen, daily milk > entries, milk rates, purchases, customer payments, and CSV or PDF reports. It > is an independent personal project run by Rajat Malik. The app needs > JavaScript and a free account; the pages linked below do not. Key facts, all verifiable on the public pages: - **Price:** free. No paid tier, no trial, no advertising, no analytics, and no billing or card details are taken. - **What it records:** milkmen (suppliers and delivery staff), daily milk entries (quantity, shift and date), milk rates and price lists, purchases, customer payments, and reports exported as CSV or PDF. - **Where data lives:** the business records are stored in Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore and Cloud Storage) under the user's own account. Authentication is handled by Google Firebase Authentication; the app never receives the user's Google password. - **Google Drive:** an entirely optional backup destination. When a signed-in user connects Drive, the app asks only for `https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.file`, a per-file scope that lets it create and manage only the files it created, in a folder named "Dairy Hub Backups" in that user's own Drive. Data is never copied to a shared location owned by the developer. - **Offline:** the app is a Progressive Web App and keeps working with no connection for the screens it has already loaded. - **Platforms:** any modern browser; installable on Android, iOS, Windows, macOS and Linux. - **Version described here:** 2.0.1. - **Operator:** Rajat Malik, contact@rajatmalik.dev.
